This Data Retention Policy sets out the lifetimes of different categories of data in PrintNode's systems and describes the circumstances under which data is retained and/or deleted either through our internal processes or through actions you can take.
Data may be included in a database backup, in which case it may be retained until the backup expires and is deleted. Backups are kept for at most 24 hours, therefore it is possible for data to be retained in backups for up to 24 hours beyond the retention deadlines given in the table below. Data in backups is used only in the event of an incident which requires a system to be partially or fully restored using a backup.
The table below describes the categories of data which PrintNode processes and the retention policy PrintNode applies to each category of data.

Documents for printing | Erased as soon as they have been delivered to the PrintNode Client for printing, or when they expire, whichever is sooner; expiry time defaults to two weeks |

Technical data about your computers and printers and your end users' computers and printers | Retained until you delete your account |
