20:49:42 UTC: Issue resolved. We have completed our post-DR procedures and PrintNode is now running stably from an alternate data centre. We are awaiting an RFO from the data centre where the network failure occurred.
20:16:06 UTC: Potential resolution. We have completed our DR procedure and moved PrintNode services to a data centre unaffected by the connectivity issue. We are continuing to monitor closely and will post a root cause analysis when it becomes available. We do not believe there will be further service disruption. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this incident.
19:55:34 UTC: Resolution ETA 10 minutes. Our data centre has acknowledged a major network incident; we are moving services to an alternate data centre. This should restore normal service in approximately 10 minutes. We will continue to post updates.
19:12:42 UTC: Intermittent connectivity. We are still experiencing intermittent connectivity issues affecting the service. We are investigating the root cause .
19:07:17 UTC: Potential resolution. All users are now connected and prints are being processed as normal. We are investigating and monitoring closely and will update in due course.
18:54:25 UTC: Service down. PrintNode is currently experiencing network connectivity issues affecting the majority of our users, we are looking into this.
