This privacy policy applies to the use of PrintNode online services. This includes our website, sub-domains of, applications on Devices, through API's, and through third-parties. A “Device” is any computer used to access the PrintNode Service, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other electronic device. This Privacy Policy explains:

  • Why we collect it
  • How we use that information

Registration and Use of Personal Information

Registration is required in order to use the PrintNode Services. When you register an account, we collect some personal information, including but not limited to your name and email address, postage address and billing information. Personal information may be used to provide and improve the service and administrate your use of the Service. We will not give your personal information to any third-parties.


When you submit content for printing (such a file or URL), we collect and store the information on our servers. We store this information for as shortest time possible to provide our service. Once the content has been printed it is deleted. You can also delete any content at any time using the “delete” button which is available on the Online Control Panel. We only retain a log of the content title (which you submit at the same as the content), the source of the content (API, Email etc) and date/time relating to the print job history.

Log Data

When you use services or view content provided by PrintNode, we automatically record limited information from your Device. This information does not identify individual users. This information includes: IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, operating system used, system configurations, printer information, scale information, computer name and date/time stamps. This information is used for site administration, development and improvements of services.


We use cookies to provide easier and faster access to website features such as logins and/or repeated visits. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you have submitted while on our site.
