Remote Printing To a Zebra Printer

Printing to your Zebra printer over the internet is simple with the PrintNode client. PrintNode supports the Zebra LP 2844, LP 2824, GK420, ZXP series and many more. Once you have downloaded PrintNode for your computer, follow these instruction to be able to connect to your printer remotely.

Windows Vista Windows 7 Windows 8 Mac OSX

Step 1: Download and Install the PrintNode Client

You can download the client here. For full instructions for this step, click here.

Step 2: Open Control Panel

Open the start menu (click the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen) and select Control Panel.

Step 3: Go to Devices and Printers

Select View devices and printers. If you can't see this, type "devices" into the search bar and the link should appear.

Step 4: Go to Printing Preferences...

Scroll down to the printers section. Right click on your desired printer and select Printing Preferences.

Step 5: Enter your paper dimensions

Select the Options tab at the top of the window. If your screen does not look like the one below, you may need to install appropriate printer drivers from the Zebra website.

Under the Size section, enter your label height and width. You can select appropriate units above. Finally, click OK.

Your printer should now be set to print your desired paper size by default. If you have any trouble printing, try interchanging the width and height values. Contact PrintNode support if you are still having issues.
